What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage. A complete list of rates are available in Sizes and Rates.

Should I make a reservation?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance by calling the manager at (760) 941-5222.

Do I need insurance?
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. We provide new tenants with a brochure from one of these companies. Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility.

Do you give me a key?
You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit. You may purchase a high quality lock at the storage office.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order and Cashiers Check.

What is the minimum time that I can store for?
The minimum rental period is 1 month.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit.

Do you offer coupons or referrals?
Yes, please see the coupons or contact the manager

What are your hours of operation?
GATES:  open 7 AM to 6 PM
OFFICE:  open 9 AM TO 12 PM and 1 PM TO 3 PM,
(CLOSED SUNDAYS & MAJOR HOLIDAYS
)
